WHAT ARE THE BUSINESS MEETINGS (B2B)?

The Business Meetings (B2B) are organised with the goal of encouraging meetings between professionals who share common interests or needs, so that they can establish mutually beneficial relationships and expand their contact network. Professionals interested in carrying out meetings will be able to meet during 30-minute intervals in an independent area equipped to carry out these negotiations properly. Meetings can also be carried out in the Exhibitors Stands, if so agreed.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The meetings will be carried out between Exhibitors, or between Exhibitors and professional visitors.

Your meeting agenda will be generated based on your request and the requests of the rest of the professional attendees. In this way, you will have access to an online platform where you will be able to choose who you want to meet, and the recipient will be able to accept or reject your request. Likewise, you will also receive requests from participants who wish to meet with you and you will be able to accept or reject their request.

WHEN?

The Business Meetings will take place within the professional days of the 12th International Trade Fair Canagua&energía:

Thursday 4 October from 12:00 to 18:30 hours.

Friday 5 October from 10:30 to 18:30 horas.

HOW SHOULD I REGISTER FOR THE BUSINESS MEETINGS (B2B)?

To participate in the Business Meetings (B2B), follow these steps:

  1. Registration like Professional Visitor on Canagua&energía here

  2. Registration on the Business Meetings Platform. Select YES (in the Professional Visitor form, step 1), if you like to recieve information about the Business Meetings (B2B). You can also register on the B2B Platform here, after you fill the Professional Visitor form.

  3. Once registered in the Business Meetings Platform, you will receive instructions and support for:

  • Create your profile
  • Access to the profile of the rest of the participants
  • Request for meetings and accept or reject meeting requests received from other participants.

*Registration is required in Canagua&energía International Fair.

UNTIL WHEN CAN I MANAGE MY MEETINGS?

The deadline to request a meeting will end on Thursday, 27 September.

The deadline to accept or reject a requested meeting will end on Friday, 28 September.

AND DURING THE MEETINGS?

– Please arrive 5 minutes before the time scheduled of the meeting.

In the area enabled for business meetings (Pavilion 7 ground floor), the organisers will be ready to help you with any related issues.

The Business Meeting area in the fair requires the commitment of all the participants. Each company is responsible for complying with the agenda.
